Thanks to my guide, Ray Yao, and Captain Kelvin for their caring service. I had a marvelous 4-day Banff trip from June 11 to 14 with Ctour Holiday company. Ray's stories and handpicked video selections kept us well engaged, and both of them strove to point out the wild animals along the trip. I indeed had a memorable experience!
