Refund And Cancellation Policy

Irrespective of cancellation reason, cancellation charges will be applied as we have to bear costly charges from our tour and hotel providers for confirmed bookings. In case of cancellation you must write us a formal cancellation request. So, that we may proceed with your request and update you with the charges applied for cancellation.

GoldenBusTours hold the right to cancel any booking at any time depending on the circumstances. In this case, GoldenBusTour is bound to refund you within 4-6 business days. We are not responsible for any cancellation penalties that may have been incurred on any other travel arrangements inclusive of separate purchase of air tickets.

We are not liable for any other travel arrangements that have been affected as a result of the cancellations.


Cancellation Charges

Please refer to Policies section on each tour page. Charges vary from Tour to Tour.


There is no refund for the unused features. You will lose the entire tour payment if you do not show up on the tour day.

There should be a minimum number of travelers to operate the tour. If in case there are not enough travelers then we might cancel or reschedule the tour. In this situation, you may opt for refund.

Please note that there 6% handling fees apart from the above mentioned cancellation charges. Each Complaint needs to be in writing.

NOTE: More than 30 days after the completion of tour, we cannot grant any refunds.
