He is very dedicated to his customer, especially he is fluently bilingual: English and Chinese. His knowledge is also very rich. The driver James is a very good driver, safe. I booked Boston to Arcadia National Park, Portland Lighthouse and tour of Bar Harbor Maine for 2 days and had a fabulous time! The travel itinerary was accurate and timely. Our tour guide, Pan, was exceptional! Made me feel safe and very accommodating to all travels on the bus. Pan was bilingual and easily understood in English and Chinese. If you like to see the highlights of an area with the ease of not driving yourself I highly recommend!

1000-Island Cruising through this trip was adoring for me and I enjoyed this trip because of this. Cause for so long was not feeling well and this ride has changed me my mind. I enjoyed the splashes of water and came close to the Marine life as well.
