How can I book a tour?

On the right hand side of the tour page you will find a booking panel. You will enter your desired tour details like tour date, number of room, number of people and discount (if available) to book your tour. You can pay us either by credit card or PayPal. As soon as your complete your booking successfully we send you an email confirming that we have received your order and we are processing it.

What are the available payment methods?

Currently we are offering three payment methods. They are:

  1. Credit Card
  2. PayPal
  3. Bank Transfer

When will I receive my E-Ticket?

After receiving your order and 100% tour payment we start working on your order. Usually we send e-tickets within 1-4 days after the booking. However, in some cases it may take some extra time.

I have made same booking twice. What should I do?

If you have accidentally booked same tour twice then send us an email with the order number, you would like to cancel. We will cancel the extra booking and void the payment right away. We charge customers only when the order is being confirmed.

Can you help me book extra hotel stay before and after the tour?

Yes, we can help you with the booking of extra night hotel stay before and after the tour. All you have to do is to email your requirements and we will arrange extra night hotel stay for you.

Can someone else take tour in my place?

Yes, but make sure to send us the name and contact number of person taking tour in place of you.

How can I pay for admission tickets and tips?

For admission tickets and tips you will pay tour guide on the tour in cash. He will collect admission tickets price and tips on the first day of the tour.

Is it mandatory to print e-ticket?

No it is not mandatory to print your e-ticket. You can either show a printed e-ticket or show e-ticket on your smartphone to your tour guide.

Can you book tour for me?

Yes, we can book tour for you. All you have to do is call us or email us with complete details. We will either charge your credit card or send you a PayPal invoice. If you want to do bank transfer, then we will email you our bank details. In Case of sending us Credit card info we recommend you to send details in 2 parts for security reasons.

I am a single traveler. Can you find a partner for me?

We suggest you to book tour a single traveler and then we will look for someone to share room with you. We can only try! It is not guaranteed that we will find a partner for you.

How early should I book tour?

It is advised to book tour as soon as you can because there are only have limited seats available for the tour.

I will be flying from a different country/city to start the tour. When should I book my air ticket?

You should book your air-tickets after receiving your tour e-ticket.

What is included in tour price?

Tour price includes hotel accommodation, transportation and taxes. All other services, meals and attractions admission tickets are not included. It may differ from tour to tour. Therefore, we recommend you to read inclusions and exclusions section of the tour before booking.

Can I have the hotel details on e-ticket?

All hotel details are provided 1 day before the tour departure on request.

How many people will stay in 1 room?

If you are a single traveler, then you will have your own personal room on the tour. If you are traveling in a group, then 1 room will accommodate maximum 4 passengers.

Do I need to pay for my 2 years old child?

If you can hold your child in your lap, then you do not need to book ticket. However, if you are 5 people including child then you will have to pay for the child because 1 room accommodates maximum 4 people.

What are the available payment methods?

We are offering three different payment methods.

  3. Bank Transfer (Sender has to bear Wire Transfer Charges)

Are my credit card details secure?

GoldeBusTours as a company give a lot of importance to its customer’s privacy. We do not store your credit card details with us like CVC, Credit card number or validity and any other information like email, address, number etc is kept private.

Can I get reservation without payment?

To get your confirmed seat(s) on the bus along with e-ticket you should pay 100% of the tour fees.

Do you offer option to deposit a certain percentage to reserve seats?

Unfortunately, at the moment we are not offering deposit options. As soon as we bring this option we will let our customers know about it.

Is the listed amount in US Dollars?

Yes, the listed amount for our tours is in US Dollars.

Are there any charges or hidden charges at the time of payment?

The price listed on tour page includes all taxes. We do not charge any taxes on top of the tour price. Any additional charges (if charged any) are from your bank.

What is buy 2 get 1 and buy 2 get 2 free offer?

These are our special discount offers on limited tours. With buy 2 get 1 free offer you will get 1 free ticket on purchase of first 2 tickets and with buy 2 get 2 free offer you will get 2 free tickets on purchase of first 2 tickets.

What is the eligibility criteria for these offers?

The free travelers should share room with the paid passengers. In simple words, all 3 or 4 people should remain in 1 room to avail buy 2 get 1 free offer or buy 2 get 2 free offer.

What if free passenger does not show up on tour day?

There will be $150 penalty if free person does not show up on the tour day. Other passengers will be held responsible for the payment of penalty.

What do you mean by double occupancy and how your pricing system work?

Double occupancy means 2 people staying in a room. Our display price is based on double occupancy. This means if some tour has $200 display price this means you will be charged $200/person if you are two people. If you are a single passenger then price will be different.

Do you operate tours?

No we do not operate tours. We are tour re seller and acts as a chain between customer and tour operator.

Are tips mandatory?

For bilingual tours tips are mandatory. However, for English only tours they are not mandatory at all.

Is there any rest room available on the bus?

Yes, rest room is available on the bus. However, it is recommended to use it only in emergency case.

Is there any specific limit on the weight of luggage?

Normally each passenger can carry 1 big luggage bag and 1 hand carry.

Do I need Canadian visa to take the Canadian side tour?

It depends on the country of your residence. Please find more details here.

Can you help me in getting visa?

Sorry, we do not help us in visa applications. However, if you have booked tour with us and want to show your e-tickets and any other information related to tour then we can surely help you in providing the requisite information.

When can I have my hotel details?

Exact hotel details are provided 1 day prior to your departure on request.

Can you help me with pre and post tour hotel accommodation?

Yes, we can help you with this. Just email us your requirements at and we will arrange everything for you.

Can I leave tour early?

Yes, you can leave tour whenever you want. Just coordinate with the tour guide to make sure everything goes smoothly.

What is difference between bilingual and English Only Tours?

On an English only tours, tour guide will only speak English. These tours also include breakfast and we can also arrange these tours in different languages like Hebrew, German, French etc. Whereas on a bilingual tour your guide will speak both English and Chinese and these tours don’t include any meals.
